The Abinea is a wonderful hotel. All of the staff are helpful and attentive. Our room was large enough for friends to share. The restaurant is great and well-organized. Wonderful hotel with a perfect starting point for skiing and hiking tours (Seiser Alm/Seceda/Sella Ronda). Note that it stands out in my opinion our room 311 already as soon as you enter welcomes you in a very well-designed environment for the romance theme with music and soft lighting. To be recommended.

Here you will find answers to the most common questions about your stay at ABINEA – from arrival and wellness facilities to our inclusive services.
Check in: from 2:00 PM (depending on availability, the room may also be available earlier). Check out: until 11:00 AM. Late check-out until the evening without the room is available on request directly at the hotel for € 25.00 per person. Please inform us if you arrive after 7:00 PM.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus a € 100.00 processing fee per room. From 29 to 14 days before arrival, 30% of the stay price is charged; less than 14 days before arrival, 100% is charged. Cancellations must be made in writing.
A deposit (caparra) of 30% of the total travel price is required to confirm your booking. The final bill can be paid in cash in euros or by debit/credit card (EC card, Visa, Mastercard).
A tourist tax of € 3.80 per person per night is charged, excluding children under 13 years old. The tourist tax includes free access to all public transport in South Tyrol.
Dogs and other pets are accepted on request only (excluding Garden rooms, SPA suites and Classic rooms). A fee of € 20.00 for small dogs and € 25.00 for larger dogs per day (food excluded) is charged. The pet quota is limited to a maximum of 5 dogs. Animals are not permitted in the restaurant, wellness area or the roof terrace. If you'd like to have your dog during meals, please inform us before arriving and we'll book a table in our "Kaminstube" for you and your pet. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pet.
Children up to 1 year receive an 80% discount, children aged 2 to 5 years 50%, aged 6 to 15 years 40%, and from 16 years onwards 20%. These discounts apply when sharing the parents' room or a room with 2 full-paying guests.
In case of allergies or food intolerances, our kitchen team will prepare a menu adapted to your needs. Please inform us about your special needs before arrival. The surcharge is € 10.00 per person per day. We are not a certified hotel for allergies and intolerances.
